OVER 2 DAYS IN SYDNEY

Advanced application. Real control. Predictable outcomes.

Occlusion Two is the required follow on to Occlusion One. This is where you take what you already understand and apply it under pressure, with precision, and with purpose.

This two day course is built around hands on articulator work. You move quickly through a short refresher, then spend the majority of the time building, adjusting, testing, and refining occlusion in a controlled setting. The focus is execution, not theory.

What this course is really about

  • Understanding how force moves through restorations.
  • Knowing which contacts matter and which do not.
  • Making smaller, smarter decisions that hold up over time.
  • Designing restorations that work with the patient, not against them.

You spend a large portion of the course waxing and refining occlusion on articulators. This builds deep, practical understanding of how restorations should be shaped, supported, and integrated to achieve long term stability.

What the course covers

  • Advanced application of occlusal principles
  • Intensive hands on articulator based workflows
  • Waxing occlusion to support function and longevity
  • Understanding force, load, and contact in restorations
  • Identifying why restorations fail over time
  • Designing restorations that last

Hands on learning

This is a practical course. Bench top exercises and articulator work form the core of both days. You are encouraged to bring the articulator used in Occlusion One to maintain continuity and build confidence.

What you will get out of it

  • Stronger control over occlusion in real restorative cases
  • Greater confidence designing functional surfaces
  • Fewer adjustments, remakes, and complications
  • Clearer judgement in more complex cases
  • Skills you can apply immediately in daily practice

For your practice and your career

Better occlusion leads to better outcomes. Restorations fit better, feel better, and last longer. Patients notice the difference. Over time, this consistency builds trust, confidence, and professional reputation.

Course format

This is a small group course to keep it personal, practical, and focused. Places are limited.

Prerequisite

Completion of Occlusion One is required to attend this course.

If you have completed Occlusion One and want to take the next step, Occlusion Two is where understanding becomes control and good dentistry becomes predictable dentistry.
